Inviting
There are a variety of upscale restaurants here in West Hollywood. However, without a warm and welcoming atmosphere, diners aren’t likely to return. That’s why celebrity hotspots combine the best of both worlds: an upscale atmosphere with a comfortable vibe. Here at Rosé Restaurant, our style and cuisine were inspired by the joie de vivre found in the beautiful St. Tropez of the 1960s. Our stunning indoor-outdoor setting exemplifies the casual fun and relaxation of the French Riviera.
Fun
While quality food and décor should be taken seriously, it’s also important to have some fun! A hotspot isn’t truly a hotspot unless it inspires fun conversations and plenty of laughs between friends. Whether you’re going on a date, catching up with old friends, or celebrating a birthday, you’re sure to have a fantastic time when you dine here at Rosé Restaurant!
You can experience the vibe of a West Hollywood celebrity hotspot by planning your next meal at Rosé Restaurant. Visit us online to learn more about our menu, or call us today at (866) 641-2768 for more information.

France is known for romance, beauty, food, and wine. Provence, located near St. Tropez in the southeast of France, is famous for producing the wonderfully light and delicate rosé wine that is enjoyed by wine aficionados around the world.
In this video, you’ll learn what makes Provence the heart of rosé wine. Provence has a beautifully warm climate, especially in the summer. This, combined with the mineral and acid soil found in the region, makes for the perfect environment for the vines. Provence produces a variety of grapes used for rosé wine, including Cinsault, Syrah, and Grenache.

There are a variety of elements that come together to create a restaurant’s unique atmosphere. While quality food may be a top priority, it’s also important to provide an attractive, inviting, and comforting environment for all guests. Here at Rosé Restaurant, we work hard to offer all of these important elements to our guests. This job is made much easier thanks to our wonderful Head Chef Emmanuel Pradet. Here’s a closer look at our executive chef:
Early Days
Emmanuel Pradet may be a Los Angeles man now, but he originally comes all the way from France. Pradet was born in the Auvergne region of central France. Perhaps by fate, Pradet and his family lived just two hours away from Lyon—a part of France known for its magnificent restaurants. Living so close allowed Pradet and his family to experience a variety of delectable dishes from this culinary hotspot.
Education
After enjoying a meal of poulet au champagne with his uncle, Pradet was so impressed and entranced that he met the chef to learn more about the creation of this dazzling dish. This introduction to the world of cooking inspired Pradet to enroll in a culinary institute in Voreppe when he was just 15 years old. Pradet became a private chef for the biathlon team of the French army after graduating from this school, a career that led him to Paris.
Career
Pradet moved to New York’s Upper East Side in 1987, becoming a chef at a French bistro called Le Bilboquet. However, Pradet soon grew to miss the warm weather and sunny beaches he knew so well, causing him to move to Miami Beach 1991. After working in the historic Colony Hotel and opening his own restaurant, Café Soleil, Pradet brought his wife to sunny Southern California. It was here that Pradet met the partners at Rosé, and a beautiful relationship was born!
